Came in for oil change and tire rotation and serpentine belt replacement, cabin air filter and cabin air filter door cause it was broken, my fault where I broke it which i did,the ladies in Chevy service are always so nice and courteous and make sure my truck stays safe for me to drive I appreciate them so much,only service workbever done is on Bullet my truck since I bought it there in 2019,prices are fair and Bobby the tech is awesome, Thankyou to all of them!!

My car was making a whistling sound when I turned on the AC after an oil change. I work in Fayetteville and had to leave work early in order to have it checked out. I had already asked another mechanic at a different certified dealer over the phone what the issue could be. I was advised that either the filter was not put back in or was not put back in correctly. Upon returning to your location, the mechanic said that two screws were missing that morning but he thought the clips would hold it in place. I asked who took the screws out since I have only had work done at this service center and he was very dismissive. We both knew he was living because of that was the case, the car would have already been making that sound when I brought it in and it was not. Also, why wouldn't he have replaced the screws then? We are all human and make mistakes but not being truthful is an intentional act to avoid accountability. I no longer trust this location to service my vehicle.

Technician did not put things back together as they were inside the truck. Told them to ask the warranty company if the power inverter was covered. They went ahead charge me for diagnostics on something I knew was bad. Ask Warranty company first if they would cover if not, why would I have a diagnostics done on something I know is bad wasted $100.

Poor communication. Did not perform the services requested with online appointment set. Took 4 hours to do an oil change. Wanted to charge me for a diagnostic exam to locate an oil leak. Just not an overall good experience and it was my first visit with this location.
